The Outlet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Sangam Sweets outlet, ensuring smooth functioning, excellent customer service, proper staff management, inventory control, hygiene standards, and achievement of sales targets.
Supervise daily outlet activities and ensure smooth functioning.
Ensure store opening and closing procedures are followed.
Maintain display standards of sweets, snacks, and other products.
Monitor billing and POS operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Upsell and promote new products and festive offers.
Monitor sales trends and suggest improvement strategies.
Reduce wastage and pilferage.
Supervise cashiers, sales staff, and helpers.
Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance.
Train staff on customer service and hygiene standards.
Motivate team to achieve outlet targets.
Handle staff grievances at outlet level.
Ensure excellent customer experience.
Handle customer complaints professionally.
Maintain positive customer relationships.
Ensure quick service during peak hours.
Monitor daily stock levels.
Coordinate with central kitchen/warehouse for replenishment.
Maintain FIFO system.
Conduct regular stock audits.
Minimize expiry and damages.
Ensure outlet cleanliness and sanitation.
Maintain food safety standards as per Food Safety and Standards Authority of India guidelines.
Ensure staff grooming and uniform compliance.
Follow safety and fire regulations.
Supervise daily cash collection and deposit.
Verify billing accuracy.
Prepare daily sales reports.
Submit reports to Head Office.
Graduate / Diploma in Retail Management preferred.
2–5 years experience in retail/F&B/sweet industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Basic computer and POS knowledge.
Ability to work in shifts and during festivals.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
