Job Description

Hiring: Loan Associate – Used Car Finance

Experience: 1–7 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Age: Up to 35–36 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with customers and banks for loan token, documentation, file processing, approval, and disbursement.
Coordinate loan documentation and down payment follow-ups.
Handle central login, instant approval, and loan cancellation processes.
Coordinate with RTO for loan case transfers and bank updates.
Follow up with customers, Relationship Managers, and the Closure Team.
Prepare and process loan applications in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Experience in New/Used Car Loan processing is mandatory.
Must have worked with more than one bank in the Used Car Loan segment.
DSA experience is preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Good verbal communication skills in English,Telugu,Bengali & Kanada. Knowledge of a regional language is an added advantage.
