Analyst, Enterprise and Wholesale Billing Location- Gurgaon/ Bangalore Job Level- PT2 core Employement Type- Fulltime Why we need this role Monitors the accuracy of invoices, transactions and manages pre and post invoicing activities. What you will do Typical tasks and responsibilities will include: Working on reports and fixing the gaps found in billing system. Ensuring the produced invoices are delivered in all places where required. Ensuring all invoices are delivered in the way customers has asked them to deliver. Uploading the generated invoices in electronic portals like Ariba, Coups etc. Resolve customer requests and complaints Provide data analysis and perform billing assurance activities to support internal and external audits What we're looking for Skills & Experience required for the role:- Good knowledge of Sql.(Query building) Hands on kenan Good hands-on experience in Excel, reporting, complex data analysis Knowledge of telecom billing.
