Prepare and generate customer invoices accurately and on time.
Maintain and update billing records in ERP or Excel systems.
Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams for order dispatch and delivery schedules.
Ensure proper documentation for dispatch (invoice, challan, e-way bills, etc.).
Track dispatched goods and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Handle queries related to billing and dispatch in coordination with relevant departments.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to billing and dispatch activities.
Verify stock availability before dispatch and coordinate with inventory control.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements in billing.
