As a Loan Recovery Officer, your primary role will be to recover overdue loans from customers by:

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with customers who have overdue payments

• Visit clients to recover dues (if required)

• Maintain accurate records of conversations and payments

• Achieve monthly recovery targets

• Handle client objections calmly and professionally

• Work closely with the credit control and legal team

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 10th Pass (12th/Degree preferred)

• Prior experience in loan recovery or collections is a plus

• Good communication skills (local language must)

• Must own a smartphone and two-wheeler (for field agents)

• Honest, disciplined, and result-oriented
