Job Description

Job Title: CashierDepartment: Retail OperationsLocation: Dehradun – Rajpur Road & Clock TowerReports To: Store Manager / Assistant Store ManagerJob Summary:The Cashier will be responsible for handling all billing and cash-related operations at the Manyavar store. The role involves processing customer transactions accurately, maintaining daily cash records, and ensuring excellent customer service during checkout.Key Responsibilities:Greet customers and handle billing through the POS system.Process payments via cash, cards, UPI, and other modes.Issue receipts/bills and handle returns or exchanges as per company policy.Maintain accuracy in cash transactions and prepare daily cash reports.Coordinate with the Store Manager for cash deposits and reports.Keep the billing counter organized and assist in packaging when required.Ensure compliance with company policies and provide courteous service to customers.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.1–3 years of experience as a Cashier or Billing Executive (Retail experience preferred).Knowledge of POS system and basic computer skills (Excel, billing software).Good communication and numerical skills.Presentable, honest, and customer-focused.Work Schedule:Full-time, Store-based role.6 days working in a weekSalary₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience).
