Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Cashier to manage daily billing, cash transactions, customer payments, and payment records. Candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to handle financial transactions accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily cash transactions and customer payments.

• Prepare bills and invoices accurately.

• Operate billing software.

• Accept cash, UPI, debit card, and credit card payments.

• Maintain daily cash records and transaction reports.

• Verify cash collections and perform daily cash reconciliation.

• Assist customers with billing-related queries.

• Maintain accuracy in billing and payment processing.

• Report any billing errors or cash discrepancies to the supervisor.
  

Required Skills

• Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.

• Knowledge of billing software and POS systems is preferred.

• Good numerical and calculation skills.

• Ability to handle cash and digital payments.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Honesty, reliability, and a responsible attitude.

• Ability to work efficiently in a team.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 4-6 months of relevant cashier or billing experience.

• Candidates with any qualification or graduation are welcome.

• Both male and female candidates can apply.

• Candidates should be comfortable working 6 days a week.

• Immediate joiners or candidates available to join soon will be preferred.
