The role involves managing payments, issuing receipts, balancing the cash register, and assisting guests with billing-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately.

• Issue bills, receipts, refunds, and change to guests.

• Maintain daily cash and transaction records, and reconcile balances.

• Assist guests with billing-related queries in a polite and professional manner.

• Ensure the cash counter is organized and well-maintained.

• Follow hotel policies on cash handling and security procedures.

• Report any discrepancies or suspicious activity immediately.

• Coordinate with the Front Office and Accounts team for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Cashier, preferably in hotels, restaurants, or retail.

• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in shifts and in a fast-paced environment.
