• Handle billing and receive payments as per KOT.

• Manage and tally KOTs with waiters and kitchen supervisor at the day end

• Guide customers politely

• Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records

• Assist customers with basic queries

• Balance the cash drawer at the end of the shift

• Follow safety and cleanliness guidelines at the counter
