Job Description – Cashier | Automobile Workshop
Position: Cashier
Department: Workshop / Accounts
Experience: 6mth–2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process workshop/customer invoices accurately.
Collect payments through Cash, UPI, Card, and Bank Transfer.
Issue receipts and maintain proper payment records.
Handle daily cash collection and reconciliation.
Coordinate with Service Advisors and Accounts team for billing/payment issues.
Prepare daily collection and cash reports.
Ensure timely cash deposit and proper documentation.
Handle customer billing and payment queries professionally.
Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all transactions.
Key Skills: Cash handling, billing, basic Excel, reconciliation, customer handling, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
Preferred: Experience in an automobile dealership/workshop will be an advantage.
