Responsibility :

  • Operate POS machine and billing software

  • Generate accurate bills and invoices

  • Maintain daily cash balance and reconciliation

  • Process returns, refunds, and exchanges

  • Ensure correct pricing and barcode scanning

  • Assist customers with payment-related queries

  • Maintain cleanliness and discipline at billing counter

  • Prepare daily sales and cash reports

  • Coordinate with store staff and supervisor
