We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy Cashier to manage all cash transactions accurately and efficiently. The Cashier will handle customer payments, maintain records, and provide excellent customer service while ensuring smooth billing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle cash, credit, and digital payments from customers.
Issue bills, receipts, and invoices accurately.
Maintain proper cash balance at the beginning and end of the shift.
Ensure accurate calculation of total payments received.
Resolve customer queries related to billing.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter.
Coordinate with sales and accounts departments when required.
Report any discrepancies in cash or transactions to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of billing software and MS Excel.
Good mathematical and calculation skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
