Cashier

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to manage all transactions accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while handling billing and payment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately

• Process sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems

• Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers

• Maintain proper cash balance and ensure zero discrepancies

• Greet customers and provide a positive checkout experience

• Resolve customer queries related to billing and payments

• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout counter

• Coordinate with store team for pricing and product-related queries

• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
  

  Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B. Com / Graduate in Commerce or related field

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience as a cashier or in retail billing

• Age: Below 35 years

• Passport: Mandatory for international travel

• Strong numerical and cash-handling skills

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
