रिपोर्ट करेगा: मैनेजर/सुपरवाइज़र

जिम्मेदारियाँ (Responsibilities)

• कस्टमर की गिनती के अनुसार बिल बनाना और पैसे स्वीकार करना (कैश, कार्ड, डिजिटल पेमेंट्स)।

• बिलिंग मशीन / पॉइंट ऑफ़ सेल (POS) सिस्टम का सटीक उपयोग करना।

• ग्राहकों को आने वाले कोई भी छूट या ऑफर सही ढंग से लागू करना।

• अगर कोई रिटर्न या एक्सचेंज हो, तो कंपनी की नीतियों के अनुसार उसका निपटारा करना।

• सही करेंसी (नोट और सिक्के) रखना और ज़रूरत पड़ने पर उपयुक्त बदलाव देना।

• काउंटर को स्वच्छ और व्यवस्थित रखना।

• दैनिक कैश हैंडलिंग रिपोर्ट तैयार करना — ऑडिट हेतु उचित रिकॉर्ड रखना।

• ग्राहकों के सवालों का विनम्रता से जवाब देना, उनकी शिकायतें सुनना और ज़रूरत पड़े तो सुपरीवाइज़र को रिपोर्ट करना।

• अन्य स्टोर कर्मचारियों के साथ समन्वय करना जैसे कि शेविंग ऑफ़र्स, प्रोडक्ट लोकेशन की जानकारी देना आदि।

• शिफ्ट के अंत में कैश बैलेंस की जांच करना और किसी भी असंतुलन को रिपोर्ट करना।

आवश्यक योग्यताएँ (Required Qualifications)

• न्यूनतम हाई स्कूल (10वीं या 12वीं) उत्तीर्ण।

• कैश हैंडलिंग/बिलिंग मशीन/ EFACTO सिस्टम प्रयोग का अनुभव होना चाहिए (1-2 वर्ष का अनुभव प्राथमिकता).

• गणित में अच्छी पकड़, त्वरित और सटीक काम करने की क्षमता।

• ग्राहक सेवा में अच्छी संचार दक्षता (हिंदी और अंग्रेज़ी में).

• ईमानदारी और भरोसेमंद व्यवहार।

• लंबी घंटों काम कर सकने की लचक।
