About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate at PVR Cinemas, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional movie-going experience for guests. You will handle customer interactions, ticketing, food & beverage service, auditorium maintenance, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service

• Greet customers and provide courteous assistance.

• Resolve customer queries related to show timings, seat availability, offers, and facilities.

• Manage guest complaints professionally and escalate when needed.

2. Ticketing & Billing

• Operate ticketing counters and POS systems.

• Issue tickets, handle online booking entries, and manage refunds/exchanges.

• Maintain accuracy in cash handling and end-of-day reports.

3. Food & Beverage

• Assist customers at the concession counter.

• Prepare and serve food items as per safety and quality standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and restock F&B supplies.

4. Auditorium & Housekeeping

• Check auditorium conditions before and after shows.

• Ensure seats, screens, and walkways are clean and safe.

• Assist in crowd management during entry and exit.

5. Safety & Compliance

• Follow SOPs for fire safety, hygiene, and equipment handling.

• Support emergency procedures when required.

• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 12th pass
