We are seeking a responsible, honest, and customer-friendly Cashier to join our team in Naihati. The ideal candidate will handle all transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle cash, credit/debit transactions, and digital payments.

• Issue receipts, refunds, and change as necessary.

• Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and reconcile discrepancies.

• Assist customers with billing queries and product information.

• Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and fully stocked.

• Adhere to all company policies and legal regulations.

• Report any suspicious behavior or transactions to the supervisor.

• Assist in inventory checks and basic stock management when required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university (B.COM preferred)

• Basic knowledge of computer operation and billing software.

• Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.

• Strong numerical and attention-to-detail skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
