1. Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Greet guests, offer samples, and explain flavors/toppings.
Swirling & Assembly: Master the "Perfect Swirl" from the dispensing machine and arrange toppings artistically.
Billing and maintenance: Operate the POS system, Monitor machine temperatures, refill yogurt mixes and topping bins frequently.
Cleanliness: Keep the glass display, counters, and seating area spotless and inviting.
