Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesA. Billing & Customer ServiceGenerate bills quickly and accurately using POS/Marg.Handle returns/exchanges as per policy.Pack products neatly and maintain billing speed.Assist customers politely during checkout.B. Cash & Payment HandlingManage cash drawer responsibly.Record payments: Cash, UPI, Card separately.Provide correct balance change to customers.Verify and store invoices safely.C. Stock Entry & Basic System WorkEnter purchase invoices in Marg (basic entry).Print barcode/labels when required.Inform owner if any SKU mismatch or wrong tag appears.D. Day-End ClosingCount total cash and reconcile with system sales.Prepare daily sales report (cash + UPI breakdown).Hand over cash to owner and take signature.Refill billing rolls, bags, and prepare counter for next day.E. Discipline & Store SupportMaintain cleanliness at billing counter.Follow all safety, cash handling, and return policies.Support in stock-taking once a week/month.
