Job Opening: Head Cashier – Retail / Supermarket
Da Maarket is looking for an Inventory Executive to manage stock receiving, GRN and inventory operations at our store.
📍 Location: Da Maarket, Ghaziabad
💼 Position: Inventory Executive
💰 Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month
🕐 Full-Time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare and process GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) for incoming stock
• Receive and verify goods against purchase orders/invoices
• Check quantity, quality, SKU, MRP and other product details
• Update inventory/stock records accurately
• Identify shortages, excess quantities, damaged or incorrect items
• Coordinate with suppliers and purchase/accounts teams regarding discrepancies
• Maintain proper documentation of inward stock
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and inventory reconciliation
• Assist in maintaining accurate store inventory and stock movement records
• Ensure proper storage and tagging of received products
REQUIREMENTS
✅ 1–3 years of experience in inventory / stock / warehouse operations preferred
✅ Good understanding of GRN and stock inward processes
✅ Comfortable working with Excel / inventory software
✅ Good numerical and record-keeping skills
✅ Detail-oriented and responsible
✅ Retail, FMCG or supermarket experience preferred
