Finance Supervisor

Location: Faridabad
Department: Finance & Store Operations
Reporting To: Finance Manager

Key Job Details:

• Age Requirement: 18–25 years

• Gender Preference: Male candidates only

• Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)

• CTC: ₹2.80 LPA

• Take-Home Salary: ₹18,000/month

• Incentives: ₹1,500–₹2,000 per month (based on performance)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory and maintain par stock levels

• Raise purchase requests and verify vendor invoices

• Follow FIFO method, minimize wastage, and rotate stock

• Conduct weekly and monthly stock audits (POS & mini store)

• Handle daily cash collection and petty cash reconciliation

• Inspect incoming goods and ensure specification compliance

• Supervise goods movement and ensure storage area cleanliness

• Train and monitor store associates on SOPs

🔹 Required Skills:

• Inventory and store management

• Basic accounting and finance handling

• Knowledge of FIFO/LIFO and COGS tracking

• System/data entry knowledge (Excel, POS systems)

• Team supervision and coordination skills
