Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and a strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and manage transactions with efficiency and accuracy.

• Issue receipts, refunds, or change to customers.

• Record daily transactions and balance cash drawers at the end of the shift.

• Assist in stock taking and inventory updates when required.

• Follow company policies on cash handling, returns, and customer service.

• Cross-check daily sales with POS reports and alert discrepancies to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a cashier or in a similar role.

• Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash registers and POS systems.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in retail, jewellery, or hospitality is a plus.

• Knowledge of billing software or accounting basics
