Store Operations and Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly upon entry and guide them through menu options.

• Assist in taking and serving orders to ensure seamless service.

• Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards at the counter area.

• Collaborate with the store team to ensure efficient operations during peak hours.

• Support customer needs promptly to enhance overall store experience

Daily Reports

• Own operational P&L performance, cost structures, and productivity outcomes

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning cycles

• Institute strong performance management systems linked to KPIs and outcomes

• Continuously improve margins through cost optimization and efficiency initiatives
