Cashier

• Process Transactions: Scan goods, ensure pricing and quantities are accurate, and collect payments via cash, credit/debit cards, checks, or digital wallets.

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions about products or store policies, and provide a helpful, friendly attitude throughout the checkout process.

• Manage Cash and Records: Count cash in the drawer at the beginning and end of shifts, issue receipts and change, and track transactions to report any discrepancies.

• Handle Issues: Process refunds, returns, and exchanges, and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally, escalating to a manager when necessary.

• Maintain Checkout Area: Keep the register and surrounding area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies like bags and receipt paper.

• Able to handle cash registers
