Job Description:

• Payment Processing: Receiving and processing payments (cash, checks, credit cards) for automotive services, parts, and vehicle sales. 

• Cash Handling: Accurately handling cash, making change, and issuing receipts. 

• Reconciling Transactions: Balancing cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts and reporting any discrepancies. 

• Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering basic questions, and directing them to the appropriate personnel. 

• Record Keeping: Maintaining records of transactions, invoices, and other relevant documents. 

• Assisting with Inquiries: Providing basic information about services, parts, and vehicle sales. 

• Must Knowing the Advanced Excel ( Shortcut keys).
