Job Title: Cashier – Accounts Team

Department: Accounts & Finance

Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Location: LEKME SALON, SOUTH EX

Reporting To: Accounts Manager / Finance Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to manage daily cash transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and support the Accounts team in routine financial operations. The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, organized, and capable of handling cash and accounting tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily cash receipts and payments accurately.

• Maintain proper records of cash transactions (cash book).

• Perform daily cash reconciliation and ensure zero discrepancies.

• Issue receipts for all cash collections.

• Deposit cash in bank as required.

• Maintain petty cash and monitor expenses.

• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly cash reports.

• Coordinate with the Accounts team for billing and payment follow-ups.

• Verify invoices and supporting documents before processing payments.

• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in cashiering or accounts handling.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

• Familiarity with accounting software (Tally / ERP / Excel).

• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

• Good communication and organizational skills.
