Key Responsibilities

• Handle cash deposits, withdrawals, cheque clearances, and fund transfers.

• Verify customer details and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.

• Balance cash drawers at the end of each day and prepare daily transaction reports.

• Assist customers with queries related to accounts and transactions.

• Ensure compliance with bank policies, audit standards, and security protocols.

• Support the branch team in smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Prior experience in cash handling, banking, or customer service is an advantage.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle large cash volumes.
