Cashier

1. Front of House (FOH) & Customer Service (Cashier / Counter)

• Greet guests warmly, accurately punch orders into the POS system, and handle payments (Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit cards, food aggregators).

• Drive suggestive selling and upselling of promotional items, combos, and add-ons.

• Assemble, verify, and pack dine-in, takeaway, and online delivery orders (Swiggy, Zomato) quickly and accurately.

• Address customer queries and resolve basic guest grievances on the spot following the L.A.S.T. (Listen, Apologize, Solve, Thank) methodology, escalating complex issues to the Manager on Duty.

2. Back of House (BOH) & Kitchen Operations (Cook / Prep)

• Prepare raw chicken, breading, marination, and fry products in compliance with KFC standard recipes and cooking procedures.

• Manage holding cabinets, monitor holding timers, and track product quality to minimize food waste.

• Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely (fryers, ovens, warmers, breading tables) following safety operating procedures.

• Maintain inventory rotation using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method.

3. Food Safety, Hygiene & Cleanliness

• Adhere strictly to FSSAI standards, Yum! Brands food safety guidelines, and CHAMPS standards (Cleanliness, Hospitality, Accuracy, Maintenance, Product Quality, Speed of Service).

• Perform routine sanitation of food contact surfaces, workstations, dining areas, beverage dispensers, and restrooms.

• Follow personal grooming and hygiene policies, including wearing the complete and clean KFC uniform, hairnet, apron, and name badge.

4. Teamwork & Operational Support

• Complete opening, mid-shift handovers, and closing checklists alongside fellow crew members.

• Assist in receiving, checking, and shelving store stock deliveries.

• Support team members during peak lunch and dinner trading hours to ensure low speed-of-service (SOS) times.

• It is a Both Cashier job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
