Greet customers politely and take orders accurately.
Operate POS systems (PetPooja/Swiggy/Zomato).
Generate bills and handle payments (cash/UPI/card).
Maintain and balance the cash drawer at the end of the shift.
Read and understand Kitchen Order Tickets (KOT) clearly.
Communicate orders to the preparation team and follow up until completed.
Track kitchen progress to ensure timely food preparation.
Verify each order carefully against the KOT before packing.
Very important: Check Veg and Non-Veg food items and ensure they are labeled properly before packing.
Confirm with the preparation team that each dish is correct before packing.
Maintain hygiene, proper sealing, and include correct add-ons/cutlery.
Mark food “READY” in POS/Swiggy/Zomato before dispatch and before handing over to riders.
Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure smooth and timely dispatch.
Ensure all orders are sent out on time with minimal delay.
Enter all daily purchases into the Excel sheet accurately.
Update item name, quantity, rate, vendor details, and date.
Submit updated purchase entries to the manager every day.
Check daily stock levels for all raw materials.
Prepare the Daily Raw Material Requirement List.
Submit order requirements to the manager for approval.
Verify quantity and quality of incoming stock deliveries.
Follow FIFO (First In – First Out) for all storage.
Any food delay during preparation, packing, or handover will be the responsibility of the respective team member involved.
Ensure timely execution of tasks to avoid delays.
Report repeated delays to the manager with proper justification.
Keep billing and packing counters clean and well-organized.
Monitor packaging materials and notify management before stock runs out.
Assist in café operations (serving/cleaning) during low-traffic hours.
Follow all hygiene, safety, and café SOP guidelines.
Address customer complaints politely and professionally.
Escalate serious issues immediately to the manager.
