Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process customer bills and payments (cash, card, UPI, wallets)
Operate POS systems efficiently
Maintain proper cash balance and daily sales records
Issue bills, receipts, and refunds when required
Coordinate with service staff and bar/kitchen teams for smooth operations
Handle customer queries related to billing politely and professionally
Ensure compliance with company policies and hygiene standards
Assist in end-of-day cash reconciliation and reporting
Requirements & Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a cashier in a bar, restaurant, or hotel
Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing software
Good numerical and cash-handling skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Polite, presentable, and customer-friendly attitude
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic English and local language communication skills
NOTE- Candidates from Hospitality Industry are preferred.
