Make Payment through Cash or Online payment of customer bill and enter in the Software.

Thanks to customer with the smile.

Ensure & Keep the transaction records.

Ensure Order from online sites like Swiggy & Zomato.

Response to all Calls and communicate with our prestigious customers.

Reporting in Swiggy or zomato sites if items are not available.

If the order is ready, check the order, delivery receipt with OTP, generate bill and deliver the item.

Received Customer Complaints communicate with Branch Manager.

Reconciliation of the online & offline transactions before shop close.

Check overall bills and pay incentives to the salesman with preparation of vouchers.

Ensure Consumer Satisfaction.

Ensure the Hygiene of Shops.

Responsible for handling the shop work in absence of Branch Manager.

Ensure daily Accountability of tokens.
