KEY RESPONSIBLITIES :-
Supervise, train, and schedule cashiers and front-end staff.
Ensure all cash handling procedures are followed accurately.
Address and resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to management when necessary.
Perform regular audits of cash drawers and register reports.
Open and close cash registers, including counting money, balancing drawers.
Training of new cashiers.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-end area.
Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to cashiers.
Handle returns, exchanges, and price discrepancies following company policies.
Monitor and manage customer flow to reduce wait times and improve service.
Collaborate with management on staffing needs and front-end strategies.
