Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greeting customers and providing assistance with product inquiries, recommendations, and selection.
Handling customer complaints or concerns with a positive and helpful attitude.
Processing transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
Maintaining a positive and engaging attitude to enhance the customer experience.
Store Operations:
Restocking shelves and ensuring products are displayed attractively.
Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including tasks like dusting, sweeping, and tidying up.
Assisting with inventory management and conducting regular stock counts.
Following store policies and procedures regarding security, safety, and loss prevention.
Teamwork and Communication:
Working effectively with other team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues and supervisors.
Participating in team meetings and contributing to a positive work environment.
Other Duties:
Following instructions from supervisors and team leaders.
Handling cash and other payment methods accurately.
Performing other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
