Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
◾ Handle cash, credit, debit, and digital payment transactions.
◾ Issue receipts and invoices and process billing accurately.
◾ Maintain and balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
◾ Ensure proper recording of all financial transactions.
◾ Assist customers with billing queries and provide courteous service.
◾ Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter.
◾ Report discrepancies in cash handling to the supervisor immediately.
◾ Follow company policies regarding financial transactions and security.
Required Qualifications:
◾ Minimum 12th pass or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field (preferred).
◾ 0–2 years of experience in cashiering, retail, or customer service (freshers may apply).
◾ Basic knowledge of cash handling and billing systems.
◾ Familiarity with MS Excel or POS systems is an advantage.
