Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Cashier to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle payments, and ensure a smooth checkout experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries.

• Handle cash, credit/debit card, UPI, and other payment methods.

• Issue receipts, refunds, and change accurately.

• Maintain cash registers and ensure balance at the end of the shift.

• Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and presentable.

• Assist with packing and serving when needed.

• Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when necessary.

• Support café staff in daily operations when required.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Cashier, Sales Associate, or in customer service.

• Basic math and computer skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle peak hours.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior cashier or customer-facing experience preferred.
