We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Cashier to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle payments, and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries.
Handle cash, credit/debit card, UPI, and other payment methods.
Issue receipts, refunds, and change accurately.
Maintain cash registers and ensure balance at the end of the shift.
Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and presentable.
Assist with packing and serving when needed.
Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when necessary.
Support café staff in daily operations when required.
Proven work experience as a Cashier, Sales Associate, or in customer service.
Basic math and computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle peak hours.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior cashier or customer-facing experience preferred.
