Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Cashier who is proficient in Tally Prime. The candidate will be responsible for billing, cash handling, accounting entries, and maintaining daily financial records accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Generate bills and invoices using Tally Prime.
Record cash, bank, UPI, and card transactions.
Maintain daily cash book and prepare cash closing reports.
Manage sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries in Tally Prime.
Handle customer billing and payment collection.
Maintain proper accounting records and vouchers.
Reconcile cash and bank transactions.
Assist in stock-related entries and inventory records.
Coordinate with the Accountant and management for daily reports.
Ensure accuracy in all financial transactions and documentation.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Tally Prime.
Basic understanding of GST, accounting, and invoicing.
MS Excel and computer proficiency.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
