Key responsibilities / मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ

Operate POS and process cash / digital payments.
Issue bills, handle refunds and discounts.
Daily cash reconciliation and shift handover.
Provide friendly counter service; resolve basic customer queries.
Maintain sales records and petty cash logs; follow hygiene and cash‑handling procedures.

- POS चलाना और नकद/डिजिटल पेमेंट संभालना।
- बिल जारी करना, रिफंड और डिस्काउंट हैंडल करना।
- दैनिक कैश मिलान और शिफ्ट‑हैंडओवर।
- ग्राहकों को विनम्र सेवा देना और सामान्य प्रश्न हल करना।
- बिक्री रिकॉर्ड और पेटी कैश लॉग बनाए रखना; हाइजीन और कैश‑हैंडलिंग प्रक्रियाओं का पालन।

Pay, shifts & benefits / वेतन, शिफ्ट और फायदे

Pay: As per role and experience; typical range for entry/mid cashier; senior roles higher.
Payment cadence: Monthly (some junior roles may be daily/weekly).
Shifts: Morning / Evening / Night. Overtime as per law.
Benefits: PF, weekly off, free meal on duty, medical cover, joining bonus for selected roles, accommodation/transport assistance for outstation joiners (where applicable). Food and accommodation may be provided.
