Role Summary

The Cashier is the face of IST and is responsible for delivering a warm customer experience while ensuring accurate billing and secure handling of company cash. This position demands the highest standards of honesty, integrity, discipline, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle billing through POS and process cash, UPI, card, and digital payments accurately.

• Ensure every order is billed correctly and every customer receives a bill.

• Perform daily cash reconciliation and submit collections as per company procedures.

• Welcome customers with courtesy and assist them during billing.

• Coordinate with the kitchen
