Cafe Manager – Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth kitchen & service functioning.
Lead, train, and manage the café team.
Prepare employee rosters, monitor attendance, and coordinate payroll inputs.
Manage inventory, stock ordering, audits, and wastage control.
Operate and maintain Petpooja POS, including billing, sales reconciliation, and report generation.
Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
Monitor sales, control operational costs, and achieve business targets.
Handle customer concerns and prepare daily operational reports.

Skills Required:

Knowledge of Petpooja POS
Inventory & stock management
Payroll coordination & employee roster management
Team leadership

Basic MS Excel and reporting skills
