Backend Executive

Job Summary

The Back Office Executive is responsible for handling administrative and operational tasks, supporting the sales team, maintaining records, coordinating vehicle documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain customer, sales, and vehicle records.

• Prepare invoices, quotations, delivery documents, and reports.

• Coordinate with the sales team for vehicle booking and delivery processes.

• Handle RTO-related documentation and registration records.

• Maintain stock records of vehicles and accessories.

• Process finance and insurance documentation.

• Follow up with customers for pending documents and payments.

• Update data in Excel, DMS, or dealership management software.

• Manage filing and record-keeping of all showroom documents.

• Coordinate with accounts for billing and payment-related activities.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Assist management with administrative and operational tasks.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Strong attention to detail and record management.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of dealership or showroom operations is preferred.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in back-office operations (preferred).

• Freshers with good computer knowledge may also apply.

Salary

As per company standards and candidate experience.

Reporting To

Showroom Manager / Branch Manager.

• Accuracy of documentation and records.

• Timely processing of vehicle registration and delivery documents.

• Customer data management and follow-ups.

• Report submission within deadlines.

• Coordination efficiency with sales, finance, and accounts teams.

• It is a Full Time Cashier job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
