Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily cash transactions and maintain cash flow records

• Prepare invoices, bills, and receipts

• Enter and update day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally (Mandatory)

• Reconcile cash, bank statements, and maintain daily cash reports

• Maintain petty cash register and vouchers

• Assist in monthly closing and basic financial reporting

• Proper documentation and filing of all accounting records

• Coordinate with internal teams for payments and collections

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company guidelines

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in B.Com/M.Com or related field

• 3–4 years of experience in cashiering/accounting

• Tally ERP knowledge is a must

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail

• Good communication and time-management skills
