Varun Autocoat India Private Limited is looking for an experienced and responsible Supervisor for its Aluminium Wooden Finish Powder Coating operations. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily production, maintaining coating quality, managing workers and ensuring that production targets are achieved on time.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily aluminium wooden finish powder coating operations.
Monitor the coating process to ensure a consistent wood grain finish and surface quality.
Check aluminium profiles and components before and after coating.
Coordinate with production workers and ensure proper workflow.
Monitor pretreatment, powder application and curing processes.
Identify coating defects such as uneven finish, colour variation, scratches and surface imperfections.
Maintain production records and report daily output to management.
Ensure proper use of materials, reduce wastage and maintain workplace safety.
Coordinate with the quality and dispatch teams to ensure timely completion of orders.
