Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Operating Machinery:

  Setting up and operating various machines to produce goods according to specifications. 

• Product Assembly:

  Assembling parts and products by hand or using equipment, following production instructions and standards. 

• Quality Control:

  Performing inspections on raw materials and finished products, identifying defects, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. 

• Equipment Maintenance:

  Maintaining and cleaning production equipment and workstations to ensure they are safe, organized, and functional. 

• Safety Compliance:

  Adhering strictly to all safety protocols, manufacturing standards, and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. 

• Production Monitoring:

  Monitoring the production process to ensure efficiency, timely output, and adherence to schedules and deadlines. 

• Packaging & Shipping:

  Packaging completed products and preparing them for shipment, often including inventory management. 

• Teamwork & Reporting:

  Collaborating with team members, supervisors, and line leaders, reporting any issues with equipment or processes.

  A keen eye for detail to spot flaws in products and ensure precision in assembly. 

• Physical Dexterity & Stamina:

  Ability to work for extended periods, often involving lifting and moving materials. 

• Communication Skills:

  Ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during the production process to minimize delays.
