Prepare blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients
Install structures and fixtures such as windows and molding
Measure, cut & shape wood, plastic and other materials

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Modular Installer to join our installation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, and ensuring the quality and safety of modular systems according to plans and specifications. This role involves on-site work, physical labor, teamwork, and a commitment to precision and customer satisfaction.
Assemble and install modular units (e.g., buildings, furniture, walls, fixtures) at various job sites.

Interpret blueprints, layout drawings, and installation instructions.

Safely operate hand and power tools to complete installations.

Ensure components are correctly aligned, securely fastened, and finished to quality standards.

Perform on-site modifications or adjustments as needed.

Inspect completed work for functionality and adherence to specifications.

Collaborate with team members and communicate with supervisors or project managers.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.

Travel to various job locations as required.
