⚒️ Modular / Interior Fit-Out Carpenter – Contractual / Project-Based Work

📍 Location: Pan India (Project Sites Across India)

💰 Payment: Daily Wage (Negotiable as per Skill & Experience)
⏰ Shift: Day / Night Shift as per Project Requirements

📌 Reports To: Site Supervisor

■ About the Role

Sparrow Shopfits is hiring skilled Modular / Interior Fit-Out Carpenters for retail stores, commercial interiors, kiosks, experience centres, restaurants, and turnkey fit-out projects across India.

Candidates should have hands-on experience in retail fixture installation, modular furniture fitting, laminate work, hardware fixing, and on-site execution.

■ Key Responsibilities

• Installation of retail fixtures, display units, counters, and wall panelling
• Modular furniture assembly and fitting
• Plywood, MDF, laminate, veneer, and hardware installation
• Site measurements, cutting, fitting, and finishing work
• Coordination with site engineers and project teams
• Snag rectification and handover support
• Maintaining quality standards and timely completion of work

■ Qualification

• ITI Carpenter preferred
• Candidates with relevant practical experience may also apply

■ Experience Required

• 2–5 Years Preferred
• Experience in Retail Fit-Out / Commercial Interior Projects Preferred

■ Skills Required

• Retail Fixture & Display Unit Installation
• Modular Furniture Fitting
• Laminate, MDF & Plywood Work
• Hardware Installation
• Site Execution & Finishing
