Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and install beds, wardrobes, sofas, dining tables, cabinets and other furniture.

  • Read assembly instructions and identify the correct parts and fittings.

  • Check alignment, stability and finishing after installation.

  • Adjust doors, drawers, hinges and other fittings as required.

  • Handle furniture safely to prevent damage during movement and installation.

  • Visit customer locations for installation and service work.

  • Report damaged parts, missing fittings and customer concerns promptly.

  • Keep tools and work areas clean and follow safety procedures.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in furniture fitting, assembly or carpentry preferred.

  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.

  • Knowledge of furniture hardware and assembly techniques.

  • Ability to lift and move furniture safely with team support.

  • Punctual, reliable and polite with customers.

  • Willingness to travel locally for installation work.
