Core Responsibilities

Planning & Prep: Study blueprints or sketches to calculate dimensions, evaluate material needs, and prepare site layouts.
Cutting & Shaping: Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and drywall using hand tools, power saws, and specialized woodworking machinery.
Framing & Construction: Install structural foundations, floor joists, subflooring, wall partitions, and roof trusses.
Finishing Work: Hang doors, install window frames, fit molding, and assemble custom furniture, cabinets, or shelving.
Repair & Maintenance: Inspect, remove, and replace damaged or defective parts of buildings and fixtures. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
