Job Title: Training Associate – Mobile

Job Purpose:

To train and guide individuals aspiring to become carpenters by providing practical skills, product knowledge, and technical training, ensuring the development of skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct approximately 10 training batches per month covering around 200 carpenters within the assigned region.
Provide practical training related to product usage, application, and installation techniques.
Undertake regular site visits to provide on-ground support and technical guidance.
Address and resolve carpenter queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth execution of training activities.
Maintain proper training records and activity reports.

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate or ITI in Furniture or related field.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable with field work and travelling within the assigned region.
Candidates from Furniture, Interior, Woodwork, Modular Furniture, Paints, or related industries will be preferred.
