Key Responsibilities
Structural Construction: Building frameworks, including walls, floors, roofs, and subfloors.
Installation: Installing fixtures like cabinets, windows, doors, trim, and molding.
Blueprint Reading:
Reading blueprints, sketches, and building plans to determine dimensions and materials.
Measuring & Shaping: Cutting and shaping materials, including wood, steel, and composites.
Maintenance & Repair: Repairing or replacing, for example, broken or defective structural elements.
Site Safety: Maintaining a clean job site and following safety guidelines (e.g., OSHA, local building codes).

Requirements & Skills
Experience & Education: A high school diploma, usually with a completed apprenticeship or 1–5 years of on-the-job experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with hand tools (hammers, levels) and power tools (saws, drills).
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, work at heights, and stand for long periods.
Math Skills: Knowledge of mathematics for precise measurement and calculations.
