1. Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Carpenters for an ongoing Industrial & Residential project based in Nashik. The candidates must have strong experience in shuttering, formwork, finishing, and general carpentry works. The role requires working in rotational day and night shifts with the ability to meet daily execution targets and maintain site safety standards.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Perform shuttering and formwork carpentry for columns, beams, slabs, footings, and other RCC structures.

• Execute finishing carpentry including doors, windows, frames, partitions, and wooden fittings.

• Read and interpret drawings, site plans, and carpentry layouts.

• Work with tools like saws, drills, grinders, cutting machines, hand tools, etc.

• Ensure measurement accuracy, alignment, and quality of workmanship.

• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and fellow workers to meet project timelines.

• Follow site safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company compliance standards.

• Maintain tools, materials, and workspaces in an organized manner.

• Support other carpentry and civil team tasks as required.

3. Required Experience

• Minimum 3–7 years experience in construction carpentry (industrial/residential).

• Strong experience in shuttering, formwork, and RCC carpentry.

• Knowledge of finishing carpentry is an added advantage.

• Ability to work in high-pressure environments and meet deadlines.

• Experience with rotational shifts preferred.

4. Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in shuttering carpentry techniques.

• Practical knowledge of construction safety standards.

• Ability to work independently and in teams.

• Physically fit and able to work extended hours when required.

• Strong work discipline, punctuality, and reliability.

5. Shift & Work Conditions

• Day & Night rotational shift compulsory.

• Overtime may be required based on project demand.

• Accommodation/meal/transport facilities (if provided) can be specified by your company.

• PPE will be provided as per safety regulations.
