भूमिका (Role Overview)

हम ऐसे अनुभवी बढ़ई (Carpenters) की तलाश में हैं जो साइट पर वॉल पैनलिंग, मॉड्यूलर कैबिनेट, फर्नीचर और अन्य वुडवर्क का काम अच्छी क्वालिटी के साथ कर सकें।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities)

वॉल पैनलिंग (WPC, PVC, लकड़ी, डेकोरेटिव पैनल) का सही और साफ फिनिश के साथ काम करना
मॉड्यूलर कैबिनेट, वॉर्डरोब, स्टोरेज यूनिट और फर्नीचर बनाना और इंस्टॉल करना
ड्रॉइंग और माप (Measurement) को सही से समझकर काम करना
प्रीफैब स्ट्रक्चर, विला, ऑफिस और आउटडोर साइट्स पर काम करना
कटिंग, जॉइनिंग, फिटिंग और फिनिशिंग में सटीकता बनाए रखना
साइट सुपरवाइज़र और टीम के साथ तालमेल में काम करना
अपने टूल्स और साइट की सफाई बनाए रखना
तय समय में काम पूरा करना

आवश्यक योग्यता (Required Skills & Experience)

कम से कम 2–5 साल का अनुभव (साइट या मॉड्यूलर काम में)
लकड़ी, लैमिनेट, हार्डवेयर फिटिंग और फिनिश की जानकारी
मॉड्यूलर फर्नीचर और पैनल इंस्टॉलेशन का अनुभव
कारपेंट्री टूल्स और मशीन का सही उपयोग
बेसिक माप और साइट वर्क की समझ
तेज़ और जिम्मेदारी से काम करने की क्षमता

अतिरिक्त (Preferred Skills)

प्रीफैब या लक्ज़री इंटीरियर प्रोजेक्ट्स का अनुभव

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced carpenters who can execute high-quality site work including wall paneling, modular installations, cabinetry, and custom woodwork. The role requires attention to detail, speed, and the ability to deliver premium finishes.

Key Responsibilities

Execute wall paneling (WPC, PVC, wooden, decorative panels) with clean finishing
Fabricate and install modular cabinets, wardrobes, storage units, and furniture
Read and understand drawings, layouts, and measurements accurately
Work on prefab structures, villas, offices, and outdoor setups
Ensure precision cutting, joining, polishing, and installation
Coordinate with site supervisors, designers, and other teams
Maintain tools, materials, and site cleanliness
Deliver work within timelines without compromising quality

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2–5 years of carpentry experience (site or modular work preferred)
Strong knowledge of wood types, laminates, hardware fittings, and finishes
Experience in modular furniture & panel installation
Ability to use carpentry tools and machines efficiently
Basic understanding of measurements and site execution
Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment

Preferred (Bonus Skills)

Experience in prefabricated structures or luxury interiors
Knowledge of modern design trends and clean finishing techniques
Ability to handle independent site work
